采用近液相线保温的半固态熔体制备技术,制备了C级钢半固态熔体,对该半固态熔体在金属型加压条件下的流变充型能力进行了研究。结果表明,充型压力和模具预热温度越高,半固态低合金钢的流变充型能力越好,其中模具预热温度对低合金钢半固态合金熔体流变充型能力的影响大于充型压力的影响;浇注量的增大将提高低合金钢半固态合金熔体的充型能力;在模具设计过程中,压室的体积和浇道长度的优化设计是关键所在。
The semisolid melt of C-type steels was prepared by using semi-solid melt preparation technique near liquidus. The semi-solid melt melt flowability under metal-type pressure was studied. The results show that the higher the filling pressure and the higher the mold preheating temperature, the better the rheological chargeability of the semi-solid low-alloy steel is. The pre-heating temperature of the mold affects the melt rheology of semi-solid low alloy steel melt more than Filling pressure; the increase of casting volume will increase the filling capacity of semi-solid alloy melt of low-alloy steel; in the mold design process, the optimal design of the pressure chamber volume and runner length is the key.
