目的了解开展心理健康教育课堂教学对学生心理素质提高的作用,为有效开展心理健康教育课堂教学提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对65名学生进行课堂教学前后心理健康调查对比,与60名学生未进行课堂教学前后心理健康调查比较。结果①经过心理健康课堂教学后的学生比未上过心理健康课的学生心理健康状况提高大;②经过课堂教学,男生心理健康状况提高比女生显著;③经过课堂教学后强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子降低显著。结论及时对高职高专学生开展心理健康教育课堂,并有针对性、实效性地开展心理健康教育的课堂,可以有效的提高高职高专大学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the effect of carrying out the classroom teaching of mental health education on the improvement of students’ psychological quality, and provide the basis for effectively carrying out the classroom teaching of mental health education. Methods The mental health survey of 65 students before and after the classroom teaching was compared with SCL-90, compared with 60 students before and after the classroom teaching. Results ① After the mental health class teaching, the mental health status of the students who did not attend the mental health class increased significantly. ② After the class teaching, the mental health status of the male students was significantly improved than that of the female students. ③ After the class teaching, the symptoms of obsession, interpersonal sensitivity Depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoid factors decreased significantly. Conclusion It is of great importance to carry out the mental health education class in a timely manner for vocational college students and carry out the mental health education class in a targeted and effective manner so as to effectively improve the mental health of college students in higher vocational colleges.
