目的:探讨16排螺旋CT三维血管成像技术在肾动脉变异评估中的临床价值。方法:MSCTA行腹部增强扫描132例,重建层厚1.25mm,间隔0.625 mm,将数据传至工作站,行多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积再现(VR)处理。结果:回顾性薄层重组图像52例患者共显示75支ARA,其中单侧35例,双侧17例共显示40支;后处理方法中,MIP图像显示ARA71支,VR图像68支,MPR只能显示节段性ARA。结论:MSCTA可直观地、准确地显示肾动脉变异;肾动脉成像的各种后处理技术中,MIP和VR两者联合应用对肾动脉变异显示最佳;其能为外科手术前提供更多解剖学信息。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional angiography in the evaluation of renal artery variability. METHODS: Totally 132 patients underwent abdominal enhanced scanning (MSCTA). The reconstructed layer thickness was 1.25 mm and the interval was 0.625 mm. The data were sent to the workstation for MPR, MIP and VR. Results: Retrospective thin-layer images of 52 patients showed a total of 75 ARA, including 35 cases of unilateral and bilateral 17 cases showed a total of 40; post-treatment methods, MIP images showed ARA71, VR images 68, MPR only Can show segmental ARA. Conclusion: MSCTA can directly and accurately show the renal artery variability. Among the various post-treatment techniques of renal artery imaging, the combination of MIP and VR shows the best variation of renal artery.
