浅谈“要我学”向“我要学”学习模式的转变

在教学实践中,教师的任务单一而富有针对性,即传道授业解惑。然而,教师实际的教学效果却大有不同:有的学生能做到课后反思,归纳整理,举一反三;有的学生却像算盘珠子,老师拨一下,他才动一下。究其原因,除了学生的个体差异外,关键在于学生的学习模式不同。能做到举一反三的学生,属于“我要学”的学习模式;对老师有极大依赖性的学生,属于“要我学”的学习模式。这两种学习模式造成的教学效果相差甚远。著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说:“只有能够激发学生进行自我教育的教育,才是真正的教育。”如何让学生由“要我学”向“我要学”的学习模式转变,真正实现教师的“授之以渔”的教学理想,是当前素质教育体制的热切呼唤! In teaching practice, the teacher’s task is single-minded and targeted, that is, teaching preaching puzzles.
