新中国机械工业已经发展了52年,经历了“一五计划”和156项重点工程时期、大跃进和调整时期、自立更生时期和改革开放时期。它已经基本上满足装备我国工业的各种设备,现正处在质的提高阶段,正好迎来了加入WTO的新时期。 目前我国机电仪类平均进口关税13.79％。但经济特区、合资、独资企业享受各种优惠税率,实际平均关税低于10％,有的甚至更低。
New China’s machinery industry has developed for 52 years. It has experienced the “1st Five-Year Plan” and 156 key projects, the Great Leap Forward and Adjustment Period, the period of self-reliance, and the period of reform and opening up. It has basically met the equipment required to equip our country’s industries and is now at a qualitatively advanced stage. It just ushered in a new era of accession to the WTO. At present, China’s average import tariff on mechanical and electrical instruments is 13.79%. However, special economic zones, joint ventures, and wholly-owned enterprises enjoy various preferential tax rates. The actual average tariff is less than 10%, and some are even lower.
