对碳热还原氮化反应合成氮化铝粉末的工艺进行研究。采用正交实验设计,用X-射线定量物相分析方法,比较影响碳热还原反应几种因素的作用大小。结果表明,在反应的影响因素中,反应物粉末球磨与否对碳热还原反应的作用最大,反应温度、反应时间、添加剂作用依次减弱。反应物粉末球磨与否,反应温度对反应有显著影响,而反应时间、添加剂的作用不显著。对粉末球磨和反应温度、反应时间、添加剂交互作用的研究表明,球磨和反应温度的交互作用最强,和添加剂的交互作用最弱。
The process of synthesizing aluminum nitride powder by carbothermal reduction nitridation was studied. Orthogonal experimental design was used to determine the effect of several factors that affect the carbothermal reduction reaction by X-ray quantitative phase analysis. The results showed that among the reaction factors, the effect of ball milling or not on the carbothermic reaction was the largest, and the reaction temperature, reaction time and additive action were weakened in turn. The ball milling reaction powder or not, the reaction temperature has a significant impact on the reaction, and the reaction time, the role of additives is not significant. The research on powder ball milling, reaction temperature, reaction time and additive interaction show that the interaction between ball milling and reaction temperature is the strongest and the interaction with additive is the weakest.
