全球价值链是全球经济的一大特征,随着产品、服务及国际资本等生产要素跨越国家间国境或关境在全球范围内流动,而跨国公司又通过贸易、契约、投资等经济活动将全球的供应商、零售商连接成一个巨大的全球生产网络。许多跨国公司通过复杂的供应商关系网和不同的经营模式管理着全球价值链。迈瑞公司作为中国领先的高科技医疗设备研发制造厂商,在研发生产销售活动遍布全球的今天,其优秀的全球价值链的经营与管理经验值得探讨研究。本文以跨国公司经营管理理论为基础,梳理分析迈瑞全球价值链的经营与管理。
