绩效管理是我国政府管理的重要途径,对于提升公务人员的工作效率,保证政府为人民服务的宗旨,提高群众对于政府的满意度意义重大。本文旨在研究政府绩效管理问题,为我国政府绩效管理发展提供可行性思路。
Performance management is an important way of government management in our country. It is of great significance to improve the working efficiency of civil servants, to ensure the government serves the people and to raise the masses’ satisfaction with the government. This paper aims to study the issue of government performance management and to provide a feasible idea for the development of government performance management in our country.
