针对高校应用型人才的培养,把经济管理类专业的核心课程“企业战略管理”作为突破口进行教学改革研究,旨在培养和提高学生的发现问题、解决问题的实践能力和创新能力,促进学生全面发展。从而培养出适应经济社会发展要求和融入国际化需要的应用型高级专门人才。为了达到这样的目的,我们组建了“企业战略管理”课程教改团队,精心设计了“基于企业战略管理课程知识体系特点的案例讨论互动教学模式探索”方案。经过四年的探索和实践,本教改方案取得了较为显著的教学成效。
In view of the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities, the core course of economics and management specialty “enterprise strategic management ” is taken as the breakthrough to carry out the teaching reform research, aiming at cultivating and improving the students’ discovering problems, solving practical problems and innovative ability of the problems, Students develop in an all-round way So as to train application-oriented senior professionals who meet the requirements of economic and social development and integrate themselves with the needs of internationalization. In order to achieve such a goal, we set up a teaching reform team of “Enterprise Strategy Management” and elaborated the “Case Study Interactive Teaching Model Exploration” based on the characteristics of the knowledge management system of enterprise strategic management. After four years of exploration and practice, this teaching reform program has made remarkable achievements in teaching.
