心肌缺血时,红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutsse,SOD)活性明显下降,冠脉动脉前降支远端注射降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)0.3μg/kg后,再用微米缩窄器造成重度冠脉狭窄,30min后红细胞内SOD含量与对照组相比,相差不显著(P>0.05),结果提示CGRP有抗自由基损伤的作用。
