目的 :探讨光动力疗法对肿瘤的杀伤效应、机制及其对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法 :应用光动力疗法作用于 15只接种 L ouis肺癌的昆明小鼠 ,对照观察其生存期。结果 :两组小鼠生存分析曲线差异有显著性 ,P<0 .0 5 ,实验组荷瘤鼠平均生存时间为 33.79天 ,对照组为 2 4 .14天。结论 :进一步证明光动力疗法对肿瘤组织具有杀伤和抑制作用 ,可延长实验组荷瘤鼠的生存期 ,为将其应用于临床治疗恶性肿瘤提供依据。
Objective: To investigate the killing effect of photodynamic therapy on tumors and its mechanism and its influence on the survival period of tumor-bearing mice. Methods : Photodynamic therapy was applied to 15 Kunming mice inoculated with L ouis lung cancer, and the survival time was observed. Results: There was a significant difference in the survival curve between the two groups, P<0.05, the average survival time of the tumor-bearing mice in the experimental group was 33.79 days, and the control group was 24.14 days. Conclusion : It is further proved that photodynamic therapy has killing and inhibiting effects on tumor tissues and can prolong the survival period of tumor-bearing mice in the experimental group, providing a basis for its application in clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
