自20世纪80年代以来,战略联盟快速发展,成为最重要的组织形式之一。虽然联盟活动给合伙企业带来了巨额回报,但联盟风险所导致的联盟失败率也很高。现有的研究主要应用交易成本理论、资源基础观和博弈论分析战略联盟风险根源及其管理之道。本文梳理了这一研究领域的重要文献,对这三项理论观点进行整理、总结及适当的评价。 Since the 1980s, the rapid development of strategic alliances has become one of the most important organizational forms. Although coalition activities bring huge returns to the partnership, the coalition failure rate caused by the union is also high. The existing research mainly uses the transaction cost theory, the resource basic principle and the game theory to analyze the root causes of the strategic alliance risk and its management. This article reviews important literature in this field of study and collate, summarize and appraise these three theoretical points of view.
