一位员工在加入企业的时候,都会签定一份劳动合同,形成了双方在经济上的契约关系。然而,企业与个人的关系决非如此简单。双方彼此间对对方抱有一系列微妙而含蓄的期望,我们将这一期望称为心理契约。日趋动态的环境需要企业在制定人力资源政策时更多地运用心理契约。本文从心理契约的概念及特点入手,通过分析员工的需求,提出员工心理契约的建立与管理对策。
When an employee joins a business, he or she will sign a labor contract and form an economic contractual relationship between the two parties. However, business and personal relationships are by no means so simple. The two sides hold a series of subtle and subtle expectations of each other, and we call this expectation a psychological contract. An increasingly dynamic environment requires companies to make greater use of psychological contracts in their human resource policies. Starting from the concept and characteristics of psychological contract, this paper analyzes the needs of employees and puts forward the countermeasures to establish and manage the psychological contract of employees.
