随着国家电力体制改革和电力资产资源重组工作的不断深入,各地多家地方型电力企业先后纳入国家电网控股管理。长期以来,各控股电力企业在进人渠道、用人导向和人才开发方面,与国家电网公司系统模式存在较大差异,内部人力资源失衡、员工队伍素质与国家电力体制改革深化和电网建设发展的需要不相适应。笔者结合自身在国家电网控股电力企业职业技能鉴定管理工作中的实践所得,就当前所在企业“加强职业技能鉴定管理工作,促进员工业务素质持续提高”的问题谈一些自己的见解,供大家借鉴参考。
