目的 探讨正己烷 (n Hexane)中毒患者血清神经特异性烯化酶水平。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附分析方法 ,对 3 0例正己烷中毒患者 (其中男性 5例 ,女性 2 5例 )和 2 5例正常对照 (其中男性 12例 ,女性 13例 )进行血清NSE测定。结果 3 0例正己烷中毒患者血清神经特异性烯化酶 (neuronspecificenolase ,NSE)含量为 ( 11 8± 5 3 ) μg/L ,正常对照组为 ( 8 3± 3 5 ) μg/L ,经统计学处理显示 ,两者具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。发现中毒患者血清NSE含量具有随接触正己烷时间增长而增高趋势 ,但未发现统计学意义。结论 正己烷患者血清NSE水平升高 ,其原因可能与正己烷在一定程度上损害神经细胞导致细胞内NSE释放到血液有关。
Objective To investigate the serum neuron specific enolase levels in n Hexane poisoned patients. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum NSE in 30 n-hexane poisoning patients (5 males and 25 females) and 25 normal controls (12 males and 13 females). Results The serum levels of neuronspecific enolase (NSE) in 30 n-hexane poisoning patients were (11 8 ± 5 3) μg / L and those in the normal control group were (83 ± 35) μg / L, respectively Learning process showed significant difference between the two (P <0 05). It was found that serum NSE levels in patients with poisoning increased with increasing n-hexane exposure, but no statistical significance was found. Conclusion The serum level of NSE in n-hexane patients may increase, which may be related to the fact that n-hexane can damage nerve cells to a certain extent and cause intracellular NSE release to the bloodstream.
