用悬浮胶元(floatiflggel)及生乳激素(lactOgenichormones)诱导BME-L.细胞合成并分泌了β-酪蛋白,证明了BME-L1所具有的上皮性质。用质脂体介导法向BME-L1转入含人促红细胞生成素(hEPO)基因的质粒pBCE,经生乳激素及悬浮胶元诱导,这些细胞短暂表达hEPO。讨论了影响乳腺细胞内源乳蛋白基因及外源基因表达效率的因素。
BME-L was induced with floatiflggel and lactogenorromes. Cells synthesize and secrete beta-casein, demonstrating the epithelial properties of BME-L1. Plasmid pBCE, transformed with human erythropoietin (hEPO) gene to BME-L1 by liposome-mediated transfer, was induced by metaphase and suspension cells, and these cells transiently expressed hEPO. The factors affecting the expression of endogenous lactoprotein genes and exogenous genes in breast cells were discussed.
