Parasitic protozoa and worms are two types of infectious agents that seriously affect the health of humans and animals. An important scientific problem to be solved is why they can survive in many hosts and become parasites and overcome host resistance. This article reviews important research findings in this area in order to take advantage of the major biological differences between these two types of parasites to compare their mechanisms of adaptation to parasitism. Parasitism is a special and subordinate phenomenon of life. Protozoans and worms are related to the life cycle of the morphological and antigen are not the same period of differentiation of worms. They are swallowed by humans
