杨梅,古称“朹子”,原产我国南部,同枇杷一样,始见于司马相如《上林赋》。相传湖州一带原来没有杨梅,三国吴时,太史慈去世葬卞山,各地前来吊唁的许多,越郡(会稽)送来杨梅栽培在该山,后来,这里所出的杨梅,就称卞山杨梅。另外,据记载南北朝时,吴兴故鄣县南的石椁山也产杨梅,而且品种优异,曾列作贡品。近年来,据考古资料证实,太湖地区在新石器时代各地分布众多的果树资源中,其中就有杨梅。属于马家滨文化

It was listed as a tribute. In recent years, according to archeological data, it has been proven that there are many bayberry fruit resources distributed throughout the Neolithic Age in the Taihu Lake region.
