为对成人急性会厌炎有进一步的了解，报告67例本病患者的临床资料。67例均有咽痛，53例有吞咽困难。会厌舌面粘膜均有不同程度的充血水肿，致使气道阻塞，出现呼吸困难。认为治疗成人急性会厌炎的重点是抗感染和维护呼吸道通畅，必要时建立人工气道；对于并发会厌脓肿者应酌情切开排脓。 For further understanding of acute epiglottitis in adults, the clinical data of 67 patients with this disease were reported. 67 cases had sore throat, 53 cases had swallowing difficulties. Epiglottis Tongue mucosa have varying degrees of congestion and edema, resulting in airway obstruction, breathing difficulties appear. That the treatment of acute epiglottitis in adults focused on anti-infection and maintenance of airway patency, artificial airway if necessary; for concurrent epiglottis abscess should be cut as appropriate, drainage.
