All the writings on fascism have focused on revealing the crimes of fascism and the study of fascism has not really started. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, with the beginning of our country’s new era, there was a full-scale boom in the humanities and social sciences. The history of the Second World War first became a hot topic in the study of world history. After several years of research and practice, some scholars with innovative ideas are keenly aware that to thoroughly study the history of the Second World War, we must conduct a comprehensive survey of fascism or we can not profoundly reveal the origins of World War II And its impact on the course of world history. In addition, the study of fascism is of great practical significance for understanding the history and present conditions of capitalism and the future development of mankind as a whole. In 1985, the CASS World History Institute established the “fascist Task Force,” chaired by Zhu Tingguang and Chen Xiangchao, and organized scientific research in various fields to begin a systematic study of fascism
