目的:了解拱墅区市售小水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况,并对分离菌株进行血清学分群、毒力基因检测和耐药性分析,为小水产品的食用安全和食源性疾病的防控提供依据。方法:根据GB/T4789.7-2008对小水产品进行副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定及血清学分群,PCR法检测毒力基因、K-B法进行药敏试验。结果:160份标本中检出116株副溶血性弧菌,检出率为72.5%,其中海产贝类检出率为74.64%(103/138),淡水贝类检出率为59.09%(13/22),分离到的副溶性弧菌分布在九个血清群中,以O11群和O4群为主,分别占20.69%和18.10%,O5群、O10群次之,且分离到较少见的O6群、O8群菌株,所有菌株不含毒力基因tdh和trh,大部分菌株对氨苄西林、阿莫西林耐药,耐药率分别为83.62%和78.45%,所有菌株对庆大霉素、多西霉素完全敏感。结论:拱墅区市售小水产品副溶血性弧菌污染较严重,具有血清群的多样性,存在一定程度的耐药情况,应引起各食品安全监管部门的重视,加强对小水产品在养殖、流通、食用等各环节的主动监测和污染控制。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in commercial small aquatic products in Gongshu District, and to analyze the serogroups, virulence genes and drug resistance of the isolates for food safety and food intake of small aquatic products Disease prevention and control to provide the basis. Methods: According to GB / T4789.7-2008, isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and serological grouping were carried out on small aquatic products. The virulence genes were detected by PCR method and susceptibility test was conducted by K-B method. Results: 116 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in 160 samples, the detection rate was 72.5%, of which 74.64% (103/138) were detected for shellfish, 59.09% for freshwater shellfish / 22). The isolated Vibrio parahaemolyticus was distributed in nine serogroups, mainly O11 and O4, accounting for 20.69% and 18.10%, respectively. O5 and O10 were the second most frequently observed isolates O6 group and O8 group strains. All the strains did not contain virulence genes tdh and trh. Most strains were resistant to ampicillin and amoxicillin, and the resistance rates were 83.62% and 78.45% respectively. All the strains were resistant to gentamycin Doxorubicin is completely sensitive. CONCLUSION: Vibrio parahaemolyticus is more polluted on the commercial aquatic products in Gongshu District. It has the serogroup diversity and some degree of drug resistance. It should pay attention to food safety regulatory authorities, Aquaculture, circulation, edible and other aspects of active monitoring and pollution control.
