目的:探索颈瘤康贴膏剂的最佳成型工艺,以论证该制剂工艺的可行性及合理性。方法:以赋形性、黏附性、柔软性、膜残留性、涂展性、均匀性、皮肤跟随性为评价指标,采用单因素及正交设计试验法,对实验结果作等级一致性检验,选择最优成型工艺参数。结果:制剂配方中以浸膏与辅料按1∶2比例混匀,辅料各成分配比为聚乙烯醇∶海藻酸钠∶甘油∶CMC-Na 0.5∶2∶1∶0.8为宜,成型工艺条件以超声法排气,50℃常压加热干燥2.5 h,含水达30%,炼合最佳。结论:颈瘤康贴膏剂成型工艺合理、可行,适用于工业化生产。
Objective: To explore the best shaping process of Jinguang paste, in order to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the preparation process. Conclusion: The formation of cervical cancer Kang paste molding process is reasonable and feasible, suitable for industrial production.
