随着勘探难度增大,我厂新发现油藏中低渗透甚至特低透区块增多,而纯梁油田又属于复式油气藏,砂、蜡、气、水、稠等矛盾突出,地质结构复杂,这些给我厂油藏正常开发生产带来很大难度。我厂投产的多个低渗单元例如:梁4块、樊31等区块不但油层渗透率极低为水敏地层且结蜡严重,给日常生产管理带来了严重不便,特别是清防蜡洗井过程中,部分洗井液进入地层4-5天无法及时排除,有的井排水时间甚至长达7-10天,对地层产生污染和伤害,影响了油井的产量,针对以上情况,为解决洗井液对地层的伤害,我们到采油院及其它采油厂进行了调研,选用了DCKF洗井保护器通过优化机采管柱避免洗井液对地层的伤害,实现油井的结腊洗井时油层保护。
