自1986年3月～1996年10月间,我科共收治急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者234例,其中29～35岁者14例,现报道如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 性别 年龄:14例AMI中男10例,女4例,年龄29～35岁,平均33岁。 1.2 发病状况 既往身体健康,因劳累过度于活动中突然发病11例。12例发病前无先兆症状,发病时持续性胸骨后或心前区剧烈疼痛向左肩背放射,同时伴出汗。
From March 1986 to October 1996, our department received a total of 234 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), of which 29 to 35 years old in 14 cases, are reported as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 Sex Age: 14 cases of AMI 10 males and 4 females, aged 29 to 35 years old, with an average of 33 years old. 1.2 The incidence of the past, good health, due to over-exertion in the activity of a sudden onset in 11 cases. 12 cases without prior symptoms before onset, when the onset of persistent chest or anterior precordial severe pain to the left shoulder back radiation, accompanied by sweating.
