伴随着全球范围内的知识经济浪潮,知识型人才已成为提升组织竞争力的核心人力资源。因此,如何有效地管理和激励知识型员工成为组织管理者的重要工作,事业单位更需要对知识型员工的管理予以重视和探索。本文旨在分析知识型员工特征基础上,结合事业单位的工作实际,提出事业单位知识型员工人力资源管理的策略。
With the global wave of knowledge economy, knowledge-based talents have become the core human resources to enhance the competitiveness of the organization. Therefore, how to effectively manage and motivate knowledge workers to become the important work of the organization managers, institutions need to pay more attention to and explore the management of knowledge workers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of knowledge workers, combined with the actual work of institutions, and put forward the strategy of human resources management of knowledge workers in institutions.
