围绕着激光预处理的增强机理和具体工艺,进行了小光斑扫描处理的实验探索,对0.532μm波长预处理的实验结果进行了分析,进一步证实了激光预处理对改善光学薄膜质量、提高光学薄膜损伤阈值的有效性和可行性,并从实验角度给予了一定的分析解释。
Focusing on the enhancement mechanism and specific process of laser pretreatment, the experiment of small spot scanning was carried out. The experimental results of 0.532μm wavelength pretreatment were analyzed. It is further confirmed that laser pretreatment can improve the quality of optical thin film, The effectiveness and feasibility of the thin film damage threshold, and from the experimental point of view gives some analysis and explanation.
