中央工艺美术学院在整风反右以前,教学上长期存在着脱离政治,脱离实陈,轻视民族、民间传统的严重现象。师生中普遍地存在着资产阶级个人主义名利观点,有的教师对教学工作缺乏责任心,却热心搞个人的作品以求名利;有的同学认为自己所学的工艺美术专业“无名可得”“无利可图”,因此缺乏热爱,一心想转学美术学院搞大油画,以便一鸣惊人,名利双收。
Before the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts took the lead in rectifying the situation and opposing the right, there were long-standing serious phenomena in teaching that escaped politics and broke away from being honest with the people and traditions. Some teachers and students generally have the bourgeois individualism viewpoint of fame and fortune. Some teachers lack the sense of responsibility for the teaching work, but enthusiastically engage in personal works in order to gain fame and fortune. Some students think that what they have learned in arts and crafts is “unknown” “Unprofitable”, so the lack of love, bent on transfer to the Academy of Fine Arts to engage in large oil paintings in order to blockbuster, fame and fortune.
