林业是生态建设的主体,加快林业发展是我国转变经济发展方式、应对气候变化必然的战略选择。林业部门在弘扬生态文化、倡导低碳生活理念、建设生态文明上更是责无旁贷的任务。要深入贯彻落实中央林业工作会议精神,加快推进林业改革 Forestry is the main body of ecological construction.
