随着我国交通事业的高速发展,海上工程日益增多。海上大跨度深水桥梁多采用承台加群桩基础结构,并由钢护筒作为施工平台基础,进而施工桩基础、承台。本文中钢护筒还作为一种防腐措施甚至参与桩基础永久结构受力,因此保证钢护筒施工质量就显得尤为重要。目前,较为成熟的施工方法是“浮吊+振动锤+导向架”吊放下沉的工艺,但该方法存在一些不足。本文将以泉州湾跨海大桥钢护筒沉桩施工为背景,介绍一种大直径钢护筒施工方法,“打桩船+振动锤”工艺,并对其关键技术进行探讨并总结。
With the rapid development of China’s transport industry, offshore engineering is increasing. Large-span deep-sea bridges at sea use more pile caps plus pile foundation structure, and the steel casing as a basis for the construction platform, and then construction of pile foundation, cap. In this paper, steel casing as a kind of anti-corrosion measures or even participate in the permanent structure of pile foundation stress, so to ensure the construction quality of steel casing is particularly important. At present, the more mature construction method is “floating crane + vibrating hammer + guide ” hanging sinking process, but there are some deficiencies in this method. This article will Quanzhou Bay Bridge steel tube pile construction as the background, introduces a large diameter steel tube construction method, “piling + vibrating hammer ” technology, and its key technologies are discussed and summarized.
