本文报道我室建立的另一个615系小鼠乳腺癌株Ca763,它来自一只经产雌鼠的自发A型乳腺癌。在同系成年615系小鼠中保种传代,现已传至224代,其移植成功率均为100%,无自然缓解。平均存活期为17±2.1天。Ca763生长迅速,其移植成功率、瘤重、瘤系数与615小鼠的鼠龄、性别无关。Ca763在建株和不断传代过程中其病理组织学较早地发生明显的改变,移植瘤已不复具有A型乳腺癌的典型特征,分化降低,但很少转移。 Ca763对临床常用各类抗癌药10种中,对其中6种有不同程度敏感性并有其特点。
This article reports another 615-line mouse breast cancer strain, Ca763, established in our department. It is derived from a spontaneously type A breast cancer in a female mouse. In the same adult 615 strains of mice, the strains were passaged and passed on to 224 generations. The success rate of transplantation was 100%, and there was no natural remission. The average survival period is 17±2.1 days. The growth rate of Ca763 was rapid, and its success rate, tumor weight and tumor coefficient were not related to the age and sex of mice in 615 mice. The pathological histology of Ca 763 was changed significantly during the establishment of the strain and continuous passage. The transplanted tumor no longer has the typical characteristics of type A breast cancer, and the differentiation is reduced, but it is rarely transferred. Of the 10 anticancer drugs commonly used in clinical practice, Ca 763 has sensitivity to different degrees and has its own characteristics in 6 of them.
