目的考察优选的甘草品种乌新Ⅰ号的萌发状况。方法比较了乌新Ⅰ号和野生甘草种子的萌发率,胚根长势以及萌发过程中的可溶性蛋白的变化和过氧化物酶(POD)的活力。结果乌新Ⅰ号的发芽率、胚根长势均高于野生对照组,萌发中的可溶性蛋白的含量和过氧化物酶的活力也高于野生对照组,和野生对照组有着不同的变化规律。结论常规选育的乌新Ⅰ号是一个有潜在应用前景的品种。
Objective To investigate the germination status of the preferred licorice variety WuXin Ⅰ. Methods The germination rate, the growth of radicle and the changes of soluble protein and peroxidase (POD) in Wuxin Ⅰ and wild liquorice seed were compared. Results The germination rate and radicle growth of Wuxin Ⅰ were higher than that of the wild control group. The contents of soluble protein and peroxidase in the germination were also higher than those in the wild control group, which had different changes with the wild control group. Conclusion Conventional breeding Wu Xin Ⅰ is a potential application of the species.
