采用ProCAST软件对熔模铸造汽车转向臂的浇注系统进行设计,并对其浇注过程进行模拟仿真.通过仿真结果分析,对浇注方案进行了优化,优化后的浇注系统充分考虑到了熔体的补缩.然后采用ANSYS软件对铸造成形的转向臂铸件进行有限元分析.ANSYS分析结果表明,转向臂可以满足车辆性能要求.“,”The gating system for investment casting automobile steering arm was designed by the ProCAST software,and the casting process was visualized.The optimized casting scheme was presented based on analyzing the simulated results.The feeding system in the optimized design was considered fully.Finally,the finite element analysis of the steering arm was carried out by the ANSYS Software.The results show that the steering arm can meet the requirement.
