探讨了用脱金属剂在超声波作用下脱除辽河蜡油中金属镍和钙的技术,重点讨论了超声波对脱金属的辅助作用、脱金属剂及用量、反应时间、超声波强度、超声波频率的影响。实验结果表明,加超声波的脱金属效果明显优于未加超声波的脱金属效果,用超声波可以在几分钟内达到较高的脱金属率。当加剂量为1500μg.g-1、超声波作用下反应12min、超声强度为8W.cm-2时脱金属效果较好,镍脱除率可达到85%以上,钙的脱除率达80%以上。
The technology of demetallation of metal nickel and calcium in Liaohe wax oil with demetallation agent was discussed. The effects of ultrasonic on demetallation, demetallization agent and dosage, reaction time, ultrasonic intensity and ultrasonic frequency were discussed . The experimental results show that the effect of demetalization with ultrasonic wave is obviously better than the demetalization without ultrasonic wave, and the high demetallation rate can be achieved in a few minutes with ultrasonic wave. When the dosage was 1500μg.g-1, the reaction under ultrasonic wave for 12min, the ultrasonic intensity was 8W.cm-2, the demetallation effect was better, the removal rate of nickel could reach more than 85% and the removal rate of calcium was above 80% .
