随着科学技术的发展,自动化控制在煤矿开采中得以广泛应用。以纵轴掘进机为研究对象,建立了截割臂运动的动力学模型,通过PLC编程设计实现了井下巷道掘进工作中的断面自动成形功能。研究为掘进机定向纠偏、位姿检测等研究提供了参考,为井下无人掘进提供了科学依据。
With the development of science and technology, automatic control is widely used in coal mining. Taking the longitudinal boring machine as the research object, the dynamic model of the cutting arm movement was established, and the automatic cross-section forming function in underground tunneling was realized by PLC programming. The research provides a reference for the research of directional correction of heading machine, pose detection and so on, which provides a scientific basis for underground tunneling.
