目的:建立了茅苍术挥发油中7个成分的体内分析方法。方法:采用内标法测定了给药后不同时间点7个化合物的血药浓度,并通过DAS 3.0软件计算出药代动力学参数,以自定义各成分的权重系数进行茅苍术挥发油整合药代动力学研究,分别获得化合物1~7及其整合的血浆浓度-时间曲线,化合物2~7和整合的药动学参数。结果:整合药动学参数T1/2,Tmax,Cmax,AUC(0-∞)和MRT(0-∞)分别为8.01,4.00 h,3.84 mg.L-1,42.31 mg.L-1.h-1,11.65 h。结论:研究思路符合中医药作用特点,对多组分苍术挥发油的药代动力学做了一些初步的探索。
Objective: To establish a method for the in vivo analysis of seven components in the essential oil of Atractylodes macrocephala. Methods: The internal standard method was used to determine the plasma concentrations of seven compounds at different time points after administration. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS 3.0 software. The weight coefficients of each component Kinetic studies were performed to obtain compounds 1 to 7 and their integrated plasma concentration-time curves, compounds 2 to 7 and the integrated pharmacokinetic parameters, respectively. Results: The parameters of pharmacokinetic parameters T1 / 2, Tmax, Cmax, AUC (0-∞) and MRT (0-∞) were 8.01,4.00 h, 3.84 mg.L-1,42.31 mg.L-1.h -1,11.65 h. CONCLUSION: The research ideas accord with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and make some initial exploration on the pharmacokinetics of multi-component herb.
