目的:研究鼻咽癌CT扫描时的图像沿头脚轴旋转与相应摆位旋转误差的相关性。方法:对2015年1月至5月的111例进行调强放射治疗的本院鼻咽癌病例,自编软件测定CT图像中鼻中膈与地面垂线之间的夹角(Nasal Septum Tilt Angle,NSTA)。同时用XVI系统获得患者沿头脚轴旋转误差(Rotation Around The y Axis,Ry)数据。使用统计软件分析两组数据之间的相关性。结果:NSTA与Ry有相关性。以工作人员分组相关性分别为-0.50、-0.38、0.25。以NSTA分组,角度大于1°(75例)、2°(41例)、3°(26例)、4°(16例)时相关性因子分别为-0.47、-0.51、-0.56、-0.50。以Ry角度分组,角度大于1°(65例)、2°(32例)、3°(20例)、4°(9例)时相关性因子分别为-0.43、-0.65、-0.69、-0.77。结论:在鼻咽癌调强治疗中,其沿头脚轴方向的旋转误差与患者的鼻中隔倾角角度有负相关性。在CT扫描时可以测量鼻中隔倾角,减少鼻中隔倾角,可以减少患者治疗过程中摆位沿头脚方向的旋转误差。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between the rotation of the image along the craniofacial axis and the corresponding rotation error of nasopharyngeal carcinoma during CT scan. Methods: A total of 111 NPC patients undergoing IMRT between January and May 2015 were enrolled. Software was used to determine the angle between nasal septum and ground vertical in CT images (Nasal Septum Tilt Angle , NSTA). At the same time, the data of Rotation Around The Axis (Ry) along the cranial axis were obtained by XVI system. Use statistical software to analyze the correlation between the two sets of data. Results: NSTA was associated with Ry. Relevant staffing groups were -0.50, -0.38, 0.25 respectively. According to the NSTA classification, the correlation coefficients were -0.47, -0.51, -0.56, -0.50 at 4 degrees (16 °) and 2 ° (41 °), 3 ° (26 °) . The correlation coefficients were -0.43, -0.65, -0.69, -0.69 and -0.69 in patients with angle greater than 1 ° (65 cases), 2 ° (32 cases), 3 ° (20 cases) and 4 ° 0.77. CONCLUSIONS: In the treatment of IMRT, there is a negative correlation between the rotation error along the craniofacial axis and the patient’s angle of nasal septum. In the CT scan can measure nasal septum tilt, reduce nasal septum tilt, can reduce the patient during the treatment of positioning along the head and foot direction of the rotation error.
