大豆杂种优势的普遍性,国内外报导中已经肯定。但是各种性状相对优势大小,不同学者的试验结果有不同程度的差别,甚至是相反的。这些不同结果都和F_1的亲本基因型差别及其差异程度有关,但尚缺乏这方面的分析报道。 对于大豆籽粒产量及其有关性状的优势表现,能否作为亲本选配、组合鉴定和后代选拔的依据,长期来一直是否定意见居主导地位。作者根据1980年双列杂交分析的资料,认为大豆也和小麦等自花授粉作物一样,存在着用F_1资料的遗传信息指导育种技术的可能性。本文对杂种优势进行遗传分析,为直接利用F_1资料指导大豆育种实践提供依据。
The prevalence of soybean heterosis, both at home and abroad have been affirmed. However, the relative advantages of various traits size, different scholars have different degrees of experimental results, or even the opposite. These different results are related to the differences in the genotypes of F_1 and their differences, but there is still a lack of analysis in this respect. For the advantages of soybean grain yield and its related traits, whether it can serve as a basis for selection of parents, combination identification and selection of offspring has long been the dominant opinion of negative opinion. According to the 1980 double-row hybridization analysis, the authors believe that soybeans, like wheat and other self-pollinating crops, have the potential to use the F_1 genetic information to guide breeding techniques. In this paper, the genetic analysis of heterosis provides a basis for the direct use of F_1 data to guide the practice of soybean breeding.
