从基础教育课程改革对高素质小学教师培养的几点要求入手,提出本科小学教师专业素质结构及特点,探究适应新课程改革需要,提升小学教师教育人才培养质量的途径,具有重要的理论和现实意义。并结合实际认为,提高小学教师教育人才培养质量应从鼓励学生参与社会实践,开展应用性、多元化的教师职业技能训练,加强科研活动,开展研究性学习和反思学习等几个方面进行培养。
Starting with the reform of basic education curriculum for primary school teachers, this paper puts forward the structure and characteristics of undergraduate primary school teachers’ professional qualities, exploring the ways to adapt to the needs of the new curriculum reform and enhancing the training quality of primary education teachers, which has important theory and reality significance. In combination with the actual situation, it is suggested that improving the training quality of primary education teachers should be from encouraging students to participate in social practice, carrying out practical and diversified teacher vocational skills training, strengthening scientific research activities, carrying out research learning and reflection learning.
