采用6个随机引物对海南岛主栽的10个芒果品种进行RAPD研究,共扩增出325个DNA片段,其中清晰可辨,重复的有201条,占61%;检测出不同品种的RAPD标记,计算了各品种间的相似系数;初步确立了以RAPD技术进行芒果DNA指纹图谱构建的研究体系。
Six random primers were used for RAPD analysis of 10 mango cultivars in Hainan Island. A total of 325 DNA fragments were amplified, of which 201 were clearly identified and accounted for 61%. RAPD markers of different cultivars were detected , Calculated the similarity coefficient among varieties, and established the research system of DNA fingerprinting by RAPD.
