提出在液压机滑块上增加附件,扩展液压机功能以提高其利用率的构想,并在安装了摆辗装置的语压机上进行了镦挤摆复合新工艺的试验验证。试验结果证实所提出的构想是可行的,带轴、毂类的盘形零件的成形完全可在改造后的液压机上采用镦挤摆复合工艺实现。
The idea of adding attachments on the hydraulic slide and extending the functions of the hydraulic press to improve its utilization rate was put forward. The experimental verification of the new technology of upsetting and extrusion pendulum was carried out on the stenter equipped with a swinging device. The test results confirm that the proposed concept is feasible. The forming of the disk-shaped parts with shafts and hubs can be completely realized by the upsetting and crowding compounding process on the transformed hydraulic machine.
