结合美、英、日、印四国的相关做法和经验,从理念、技术和制度层面分析我国中考改革的问题并提出相应建议。认为中考改革应将初中学业水平测试和高中升学选拔功能合二为一,更加注重导向作用。在科目设置上,可以考虑设置综合科目和选考科目;在组织形式上,可以允许探索提前考试和同一科目多次考试;在成绩评定和结果呈现上,应鼓励地方探索采用等级制。应在明确考试主体的基础上,提供专业化的考试服务,完善考试招生的监管机制。
Combining the relevant practices and experiences of the United States, Britain, Japan and India, this paper analyzes the problems of the reform of senior high school entrance examination in China from the aspects of concept, technology and system and puts forward corresponding suggestions. It holds that the reform of senior high school entrance examination should combine the middle school high school level test and the high school entrance exam selection function, and pay more attention to the guiding role. In the subjects set, you can consider setting comprehensive subjects and elective subjects; in the organizational form, you can allow to explore the pre-examination and multiple exams in the same subject; evaluation and results presentation, should encourage local explore the use of the hierarchy. On the basis of clarifying the subjects of the examination, we should provide specialized examination services and improve the supervision mechanism of examination enrollment.
