一、背景景观学界曾一度有这样的观点:“学生在校期间就是创意和思路,至于政策法规是工作以后的事,规范是很容易掌握的”。根据笔者对风景园林专业毕业生的不完全调查,很多学生确实连最基本的规范都没有掌握。很多人也根本认为这不是问题,只要毕业后踏入工作岗位,一切迎刃而解,无非花点时间看看规范而已。笔者对此不敢苟同,并且认为正是此种观点,导致我们的现状教育体系对管理的忽视。这样的观点更可能会产生深层次的影响,导致学生
First, the background landscape of the academic community once had such a view: “Students are creative ideas and ideas at school, as the policy and regulations are the work of the future, norms are very easy to grasp ”. According to the author’s incomplete survey of landscape architecture graduates, many students do not even grasp the most basic norms. Many people simply think that this is not a problem, as long as graduation into work, everything is easy to find, nothing more than take a moment to look at the norms. I disagree with this, and I think it is this view that has led to the neglect of management by our status quo education system. Such a perspective is more likely to have a deep-seated effect on students
