考虑刨链焊接热效应对刨煤机系统固有频率的影响,基于ANSYS有限元软件对刨链焊接及其热处理过程进行了仿真分析,得到了两种情况下的残余应力分布规律。同时求解出了两种情况下刨链刚度值并与试验进行了对比。采用MATLAB软件对刨煤机系统固有频率进行求解,得到系统6阶固有频率值及特征值。研究结果表明:随着刨头的移动,系统固有频率呈现先降低后增大的趋势,且焊接热效应对系统固有频率产生较大的影响。
Considering the effect of planer welding heat effect on the natural frequency of plow system, the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate planing chain welding and its heat treatment process. The residual stress distribution was obtained in two cases. At the same time, the rigidity of planing chain in two cases was solved and compared with the experiment. MATLAB software was used to solve the natural frequency of the plow system, and the 6th order natural frequency and eigenvalue of the system were obtained. The results show that with the movement of the plow head, the natural frequency of the system tends to decrease first and then increase, and the thermal effect of welding has a greater impact on the natural frequency of the system.
