堵车是坏事吗?“治堵”是理所当然的吗?奇怪的问题,堵车当然是坏事,谁愿意被堵在路上呢?不过,凡事皆有两面,堵车还真未必是坏事。“理所当然”的事情往往最具有迷惑性,就如同曾经的“天圆地方”被认为是真理一样。因此,笔者也较真问一句,为什么要治堵呢?在众多可罗列出的“治堵”好处中,“提高交通效率”是最为主要的回答。但治堵真的提高效率了吗?或者说提高了谁的效率?在流行“举栗子”年代,笔者也举个真实的“栗子”。下面这幅图是某城市市中心最
