在当今世界经济、政治、军事与文化一体化的历史背景下研究军工文化力对提升军工核心竞争力具有重大的理论及现实意义。文化在解放与发展生产力的进程中是一种力量。军工文化力是国防军事工业活动过程中以军工文化人为主体,以科技研发与经营管理为载体,所蕴含和激发的军工精神文化力、制度文化力、行为文化力和创新文化力的综合能力,是推动军工企业和整个国防军事工业发展创新的生产力资源。军工文化人是自身内聚并充分释放军工文化力能量的军工人,承担着建设军工文化、开发军工文化力与推动军工生产力的双重任务。军工核心竞争力作为国防军事工业持续发展并获得竞争优势的能力,其本质在于军工行业特有的文化力。提升军工核心竞争力必须注入动力即整合军工文化核心价值体系,必须提供能源即激发军工创新文化与创造活力,必须不断开发军工文化力,精心培育军工文化人。
Studying the cultural forces of military industry under the historical background of economic, political, military and cultural integration in today’s world has great theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the core competitiveness of military industries. Culture is a force in the process of liberating and developing productive forces. The military cultural power is the comprehensive capability of the military’s spiritual, institutional, behavioral and innovative cultural forces contained and inspired by the R & D and management of science and technology in the military industrial activities of the national defense. It is a productive resource that promotes the innovation and development of military enterprises and the entire national defense and military industry. Military and cultural workers are self-contained and full release of military and cultural power of military workers, bear the construction of military culture, the military culture and the promotion of military productivity dual task. The core competitiveness of military industry As the ability of the defense and military industry to continuously develop and gain a competitive advantage, its essence lies in the unique cultural power of the military industry.
