目的 :研究大田条件下N、P、K肥料不同配比对盾叶薯蓣根茎产量及薯蓣皂苷元含量的影响。方法 :采用肥料单因素正交试验 ,SPSS11 5统计软件包统计分析。结果 :N、P、K可不同程度提高盾叶薯蓣根茎产量及薯蓣皂苷元含量 ,其中N、K对产量影响达到极显著水平 (P <0 0 1) ,P肥达到显著水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,N、P、K单施对含量影响未达到显著水平 (P >0 0 5 ) ;3种肥料配施以N肥对薯蓣皂苷元含量影响达到显著水平 (P <0 0 5 )。表明肥料对薯蓣皂苷元含量影响的顺序为N >K >P ,对根茎产量影响的顺序为K >N >P ,综合最优组合为N2 K1P2 。结论 :适当配比的N、P、K肥料可以同时提高盾叶薯蓣根茎产量与薯蓣皂苷元含量
Objective: To study the effects of different proportion of N, P and K fertilizers on rhizome yield and diosgenin content of Dioscorea zingiberensis. Methods: Fertilizer single factor orthogonal test, SPSS11 5 statistical package statistical analysis. Results: N, P and K could increase the rhizome yield and diosgenin content of Dioscorea zingiberensis H both to a certain extent. N and K had a significant effect on the yield (P <0.01) and P up to a significant level (P <0 (P> 0.05). The effect of single application of N, P and K on the content did not reach the significant level (P> 0.05). The effect of N fertilizer on the content of diosgenin reached the significant level (P <0.05) . The order of the effect of fertilizer on the content of diosgenin was N> K> P, and the order of the effect on the rhizome yield was K> N> P, and the optimal combination was N2 K1P2. Conclusion: The proper ratio of N, P and K fertilizers can increase the rhizome yield and diosgenin content of Dioscorea zingiberensis simultaneously.
