针对机器人安全避障问题提出了超声波测距的方法。该系统选用T40-16/R40-16超声波传感器和AT89C2051单片机,主要由超声波发射电路、超声波接收电路和显示电路组成。首先介绍了超声波测距原理,然后详细地分析了系统的软硬件设计,最后分别讨论了采用C51和汇编两种语言实现的方法。采用软件延时处理的方法避开盲区,使硬件设计简单,提高了性价比。
Aiming at the problem of robot safety avoidance, a method of ultrasonic ranging is proposed. The system uses T40-16 / R40-16 ultrasonic sensor and AT89C2051 microcontroller, mainly by the ultrasonic transmitter circuit, ultrasonic receiver circuit and the display circuit. First introduced the principle of ultrasonic ranging, and then detailed analysis of the system hardware and software design, and finally discussed the use of C51 and assembly language to achieve the two methods. Using software delay processing method to avoid blind spots, the hardware design is simple, improve the price.
