作者从分析股分合作制的概念入手，阐明了股份合作制是股份制的＂合理内核＂和合作制的＂基本内核＂有机结合的观点。他认为，股份合作制具有许多优越性，是社会主义初级阶段公有制的一种重要形式。其运行机制确立了企业法人的主体地位，保证了自主经营机制的实现、完善和强化了企业自我约束机制；确立了自负盈亏的风险机制；确立了公平、合理的分配机制。最后，作者还将股份合作制与股份制作了深入的比较分析。
Starting with the analysis of the concept of shareholding cooperation system, the author expounds that the point of view that the joint-stock cooperation system is the organic combination of the “reasonable core” of joint-stock system and the “basic core” of cooperative system. He believes that the joint-stock cooperative system has many advantages and is an important form of public ownership in the initial stage of socialism. Its operating mechanism has established the dominant position of the corporate legal person, guaranteed the realization of autonomous management mechanism, perfected and strengthened the self-restraint mechanism of the enterprise, established a self-financing risk mechanism, and established a fair and reasonable distribution mechanism. Finally, the author also made a comparative analysis of the stock cooperation system and the stock system.
