目的 :探讨孕期体重增长对妊娠的影响,得出较为理想的体重增长范畴(早期共增长1~2kg,孕中晚期,每周增长0.3~0.5kg,总增长10~12kg,肥胖孕妇增长7~9kg),从而为孕期体重管理提供依据。方法 :选取2012年5月~2014年8月在咸阳地区医院(咸阳市第一人民医院、咸阳市中心医院、咸阳市妇幼保健院、咸阳市阳光妇产医院、咸阳丽人妇科医院)系统定期产检及分娩的足月健康孕妇10563例为研究对象,根据不同孕前BMI将其分为低于标准体重组,标准体重组和高于标准体重组,统计其孕期体重增长,并对妊娠结局及并发症作分析性研究。结果:咸阳地区孕期适宜增重12~15kg。将不同体重组适宜增重数据具体写出,孕前低BMI者发生并发症的风险及妊娠结局优于BMI较高者,孕期体重增长理想者并发症的发生率较低。结论 :孕前BMI及孕期增重对围产期并发症和新生儿情况有重要影响,孕妇孕前适宜体重及孕期体重增长在适宜水平能降低孕妇和新生儿并发症的发生率,有积极的临床意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of pregnancy weight gain on pregnancy and to conclude the ideal range of weight gain (early growth of 1 ~ 2kg, second trimester of pregnancy, weekly increase of 0.3 ~ 0.5kg, total growth of 10 ~ 12kg, obese pregnant women increased by 7 ~ 9kg), so as to provide the basis for weight management during pregnancy. Results: Xianyang appropriate weight gain during pregnancy 12 ~ 15kg. The weight of different weight groups for specific weight-loss data specifically written that pregnant women with low BMI complications and pregnancy risk better than the higher BMI, weight loss during pregnancy ideal complication rate is low. Conclusion: Pre-pregnancy BMI and weight gain during pregnancy have a significant impact on perinatal complications and newborns. Pregnant women with appropriate body weight before pregnancy and weight gain during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of complications of pregnant women and newborns at a suitable level, with a positive clinical significance .
