为更好反映当前中国公共关系市场的运行态势,正确评价中国公共关系业的发展状况,为专业机构提供积极的行业指引,1月21日至3月20日,中国国际公共关系协会(CIPRA)对京、沪、穗、蓉等四个主要地区的公关公司进行了为期两个月的调查活动。该项活动由协会研究发展部具体实施,公关公司工作委员会指导监督。项目组采用问卷与访谈相结合的调查方法对中国大陆境内主要公共关系公司2007年度的公共关系服务和运营进行调查,内容包括公司基本情况、业务发展和经营管理等三个方面。本次调查向CIPRA会员发送问卷100份并在中国公关网发布调查问卷,共收回问卷98份,90份问卷来自京、沪、穗、蓉四地(北京地区68份、上海地区6份、广州地区7份、成都地区9份),其中国际品牌公司16家,本土品牌公司74家,比上个年度增加了22家公司。通过对问卷和访谈所提取数据的科学统计,以及依据行业经验所进行的核实分析,最后形成了本次调查报告。
In order to better reflect the current situation in the public relations market in China, correctly evaluate the development of public relations in China and provide professional guidance to industry professionals, from January 21 to March 20, the China International Public Relations Association (CIPRA) Conducted a two-month investigation of public relations companies in four major areas including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Guangzhou. This activity is carried out by the research and development department of the association, with the guidance and supervision of the public relations company working committee. The project team conducted a survey on the public relations services and operations of major public relations companies in mainland China in 2007 by means of a combination of questionnaires and interviews. The survey covered the basic conditions, business development and operation and management of the Company. The survey sent 100 questionnaires to CIPRA members and published questionnaires on China PR. A total of 98 questionnaires were collected. 90 questionnaires were collected from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Rong (68 in Beijing, 6 in Shanghai and Guangzhou 7 in Chengdu and 9 in Chengdu), including 16 international brand companies and 74 domestic brand companies, an increase of 22 companies over the previous year. Based on the scientific statistics of the data extracted from the questionnaires and interviews as well as the verification analysis based on the industry experience, the survey report was finally formed.
